REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Items:
Refunds cannot be accommodated for pre-orders or customized items. Should you have any concerns, please reach out to us via email at lillyibrahimofficial@gmail.com. Kindly note that return shipping charges will be applied to the customer.
Stock Orders:
Please be advised that returns or refunds are only applicable in the event of a defective item with the tag still intact. Should you receive such an item, kindly contact us at contact@lillyibrahim.com, providing details of the product and its defect. Upon verification of the product fault, you have a grace period of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. Further instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a thorough examination will be conducted, and you will be duly notified within 2 days regarding eligibility for either a refund or replacement. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued deducting taxes and shipping charges, using the original payment method.
Sale Orders:
Please note that all purchases made during sale periods are considered final and non-returnable.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates

For international shipping, the fees range from $70 to $150.
All our dresses are meticulously crafted to order. The estimated delivery timeframe for evening dresses is 2 to 5 weeks, while bridal dresses typically require 7 to 9 weeks for production.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package. Shipments are handled through DHL or UPS, with delivery typically occurring within 2 to 7 days after dispatch.
Should there be any significant delays in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.
Confirmation of Shipment & Tracking
Upon placing an order, you will receive a comprehensive email confirming all the details of your purchase. Additionally, we may reach out if further information is needed to verify your payment.
While we strive to meet the specified delivery times, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays arising from customs clearance procedures or issues with payment approval.
Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that prices listed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the destination country, additional fees may be imposed during or after shipping. It is the customer’s obligation to settle any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
Damaged Shipments
Lilly Ibrahim is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during transit. In the event that you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping courier immediately to initiate a claim process. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process.
